Logs

Pentos keeps a log of important actions taken across your chats, files, and conversations. You can review it at any time from Settings > Logs. Each log entry includes what was done, which resource was affected, when it occurred, and which user took the action.

Your log shows two types of entries: actions you performed, and events that affected you (such as someone sharing a resource with you or changing your permissions).

Log History

Your plan sets how far back Settings > Logs goes, for both activity and security logs:

PlanLog history
Free1 year
Plus2 years
Pro3 years
Max5 years
Ultra7 years

Pentos keeps every entry for 7 years on every plan, so entries older than your plan’s history are hidden, not deleted. Upgrading shows them again, and moving to a plan with less history hides them.

Privacy

Logs exist to give you visibility into what has happened with your resources. Pentos does not use this data for advertising or profiling. See Security for more details on how your data is handled.
